• Payment and promotion data: plan, placement request, amount, status, and payment session identifiers if paid promotion is enabled. Card details are handled by the payment processor and are not stored by FindTopMusic.
• Communications: support messages, rights complaints, DMCA notices, and related contact details.
• Cookies: WordPress login cookies, security cookies, preference cookies, analytics cookies if enabled, and cookies from embedded music platforms.

• Operate the catalog, charts, player, submissions, creator dashboard, and review workflow.
