These Terms govern your use of FindTopMusic. By using the site, creating an account, submitting music, or buying a promotion, you agree to these Terms.

What FindTopMusic does

FindTopMusic curates AI-generated and AI-assisted music, charts, source links, creator submissions, editorial notes, and clearly labeled sponsored placements. We are a discovery and promotion platform, not a record label, distributor, legal advisor, or rights-clearance service.

Accounts and submissions

• You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
• You may submit only music, artwork, names, and notes you have the right to share and promote.
• You must not submit content that impersonates a real person, clones a real person voice, copies copyrighted work, or violates platform terms without permission.
• We may approve, reject, edit, relabel, noindex, remove, or demote submissions at our discretion.

Creator rights and license to us

You keep whatever rights you have in your music. By submitting content, you grant FindTopMusic a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, stream previews you authorize, embed approved players, link to source platforms, use cover art and creator names, and promote the track on the site, social channels, newsletters, and sponsored placements. You can request removal, but past backups, analytics, moderation records, and legal records may be retained.

Charts and sponsored content

Organic charts are based on editorial and engagement signals. Paid or sponsored placement does not guarantee chart rank and does not buy organic rank. Sponsored placements must be labeled as sponsored, promoted, or featured.

Third-party music services

Tracks may link to or embed third-party services. You are responsible for complying with those services terms. FindTopMusic may disable embeds or previews when we do not have a safe way to display them.

Prohibited conduct

Do not spam submissions, manipulate votes or play events, scrape the site, attack the service, submit illegal or infringing content, impersonate others, misrepresent rights, or use the site to harass, defame, or abuse anyone.

No warranties and limitation of liability

The site is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee traffic, approval, rankings, income, uptime, data accuracy, or legal clearance. To the fullest extent allowed by law, FindTopMusic is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the site.
